The Rally 2011 is Coming to Redmond, Oregon


The Rally 2011, which is presented by DISH Network, is one of the Greatest RV Events in the World. Rally 2011 is now coming to Redmond, Oregon from July 14-17.  The city of Redmond is located on the eastern side of the majestic Cascade Range of Oregon. The city offers a number of recreational opportunities such as fishing, rock climbing, camping, biking, hiking, and golf. The Rally 2011 presents various activities for RVers including new rigs, indoor exhibits, seminars on the RV lifestyle, tours of the area, and entertainment nightly.

The Rally is an ideal one-stop shopping place for a new RV. It will display over 1,000 new units from the leading RV manufacturers and dealers all across United States, providing the opportunity to compare various RV brands and models. Moreover, 500 booths will be displaying latest RV products, services, and gadgets. You can also get latest information and tips about RV travel.

The Rally also offers Weekender Pass at an attractive price of $149 per couple. This pass includes all that the Rally has to offer apart from 3 nights of dry camp RV parking. The Rally Guest can also enjoy the performances of the Country Music Award Winner Vince Gill, Bobby Vinton, Peter Noone, and High Street Band.

The seminar will include certain important RV lifestyle topics including insider cleaning tips, how to control odors in holding tanks, water heater maintenance, and water pressure in the RV. You can also know how your suspension works and the maintenance required, and how to convert electric brakes to hydraulic disc brakes. Other club activities include RV Publications Day on Thursday, July 14; Camping World President’s Club Day on Friday, July 15; Coast-to-Coast Resorts Day on Saturday, July 16 and Good Sam Club Day on Sunday, July 17. In addition, the Good Sam Club will organize a Golf Tournament on Thursday, July 14 and a Dog Show on Friday, July 15.

In addition, the Rally Guest can enjoy Optional Tours throughout the entire weekend. This includes “Explore the Geology of Newberry Volcano” and “Central Oregon Microbrew Pub Tour” among others.
