San Antonio KOA is one of the popular RV parks of Texas. It is only 5 miles from downtown San Antonio. There are several city buses serving between the RV campground and the history and culture center of San Antonio. It offers easy access to Interstate-35 at Exit 160 and Interstate-10 at Exit 580. Guests staying here have easy access to many of the area’s attractions. Some of these include the River Walk, The Alamo, Six Flags Fiesta Texas, Majestic Theatre, SeaWorld, La Villita, San Antonio Missions, King William Historical District, Institute of Texas Cultures, San Antonio Botanical Gardens, Tower of the Americas & HemisFair Park, The Hertzberg Circus Museum, Splashtown, San Fernando Cathedral, San Antonio Museum of Art, Morgan’s Wonderland, Natural Bridge Wildlife Ranch, San Antonio Zoo, and Cascade Caverns. This RV campground remains open all through the year.

With around 300 RV campsites, San Antonio KOA sits amidst 40 acres of pecan trees on a creek. The full-hookup RV sites have up to 50AMP electricity. In addition, these RV campsites have drinking water connections, sewerage, cable TV, and Wi-Fi access. Campers travelling with larger units can opt for the campground’s pull-thru RV sites. Tent camping is also allowed here. Other facilities of San Antonio includes the Hunts Brother Pizza, which serves pizza and chicken wings during office hours and Chuck Wagon, which is open from 7:30 AM to 10:30 AM from Thursday to Monday.
